The Ukrainian Defence Forces have successfully repelled Russian attacks near the settlement of Klishchiivka, and the Russian forces have tried to regain their lost ground near the village of Andriivka in Donetsk Oblast, but to no avail.
The New York Times, based on the results of its own investigations, says the attack on the market in the city of Kostiantynivka in Donetsk Oblast on 6 September, which claimed the lives of 16 people, was a "tragic mishap" caused by the fall of a Ukrainian missile and not by Russian shelling.

Ukrainian Air Defence Forces, repelling Russian attacks from the evening of 5 August to the morning of 6 August, have destroyed 13 Kalibr cruise missiles, 17 Kh-101/Kh-555 and 27 Shahed-136/131 combat drones.
