A doctor in the UK has been sentenced to 18 months in prison for sexually assaulting a female patient he had treated for severe headaches. Simon Abraham, 34, claimed to have received specialized massage training in India for two years, which appealed to the victim. During the massage, Abraham took advantage of the situation and assaulted the woman. He was charged with dishonestly accessing the victim s patient details without authorization and visiting her under false pretenses. In addition to his prison term, he will be registered as a sex offender for ten years and will be subject to a restraining order prohibiting contact with the victim for five years.
