No fewer than 16 foreign nationals have been remanded in custody by the Federal High Court in Port Harcourt on a 3-court charge bothering on oil theft in Nigeria’s Niger Delta. The suspects were arrested along with their vessel Mt. Heroic Idun, remanded in the vessel, as they case was adjourned to Tuesday to allow the other 10 accused to take their pleas.
