Two Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) operatives, including a Pakistan-based handler, have been chargesheeted in connection with the blasts in two buses in Jammu and Kashmir's Udhampur district in September last year, an official said on Thursday.
Some Pakistan-based terrorists are desperately trying to revive terrorism in the mountainous belts of the Jammu region. Once infamous for terror activities, these belts are now free from terrorism.
Pak-based LeT handler was involved in an earlier blast in Udhampur town on March 9. A native of Doda LeT handler is trying to revive terrorism in hilly areas of Jammu province.
Additional forces have been deployed at Katra-the base camp of the shrine of Mata Vaishno Devi to frustrate any evil design of terrorists. Thousands of devotees are visiting the shrine daily in view of ongoing Navratras.
