PH Resorts Group Holdings, Inc. (PHR), the Udenna Group’s gaming and hospitality subsidiary, signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) with ASKI Japan Limited, an affiliate of Global Mix Corporation, a provider of IR consulting services in Japan.
ASKI Japan provides junket and VIP gaming services for Japanese players within Asia, which includejunket operations in Paradise City, Paradise Casino Busan in Korea as well as in two integrated resorts in Entertainment City in the Philippines under the Friday Club brand.
The LOI was signed yesterday between ASKI Japan CEO NobuhiroImigi and PHR COO José Angel Sueiro and it will form the basis for ASKI to be a potential junket operator in PHR’s Emerald Bay integrated resort in Mactan, Cebu.

Chelsea Logistics and Infrastructure Holdings Corp. is seeking “meaningful” profits from its new roll-on/roll-off passenger (RoPax) vessel that completed sea trials in Japan this week.
Davao-based businessman Dennis A. Uy’s Chelsea Logistics in a press release on Friday said that the MV Trans-Asia 21 vessel reached its top speed of 20.1 knots and hurdled all its safety tests.
Chelsea Group’s 12th and biggest new Japan-made RoPax will be delivered to the Philippines in the second quarter. The vessel is the most recent addition to the Chelsea Group’s 76-vessel fleet.
