Having said that, i just wanted to comment that the chamber of commerce did a Public Opinion survey about local government, and a variety of issues, and the San Francisco recreation and Park Department had the secondest highest favorable rating of any City Department at 71 . While i would love to congratulate everybody for a very well done, we had the lowest unfavorable rating at 13 .
