For the second time in two months, the various organs of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) have passed a vote of confidence on the national leadership of the party. The vote of confidence is from no other body than the National Executive Committee (NEC) of the party. The NEC is the highest decision making body of the PDP. It is only inferior to the national convention. National convention don’t hold always, but the NEC holds quarterly or members can be summoned on issues of importance to the party administration.
