Looking for love? Singles in Thailand can now apply to combine sightseeing with romance seeking by joining Tourism Authority of Thailand s (TAT) new Single Journey campaign to nine popular tourist routes.
A collaboration between TAT with dating application Tinder, together with Thai Smile Airways and online travel and lifestyle platform Drive Digital, the initiative offers local tours designed for the single traveller.
“The ongoing Covid-19 pandemic has changed travel behaviour and necessitates that we think out of the box. The ‘Single Travel Route’ targets solo travellers who prefer to travel alone to various destinations in Thailand, said TAT governor, Yuthasak Supasorn.
