The Crown has agreed to the release on bail of three of four men accused of first-degree murder after the fourth’s falling out with his lawyer derailed their trial at the 11th hour.
Yayhe Gabad, Tyrell Noskiye, Dwayne Turner and Timothy Jones each face a charge of first-degree murder in the Jan. 5, 2020 death of Karson Goodeagle.
