WARREN A Warren man was taken to St. Joseph Warren Hospital with minor injuries after the 2019 Nissan Rogue he was driving flipped over after it struck a telephone pole on Washington Street NW on Monday evening.
According to a Warren police report, the Nissan was westbound on Washington when the driver lost control, striking a telephone pole. The vehicle rolled over and came to a rest on its roof. The pole was split in half with the transformer at the top catching fire.
The driver, identified as Tyree Lee Nall, 24, of Merriweather Street NW, was taken by ambulance to the hospital with minor injuries, the report states. Nall was issued a traffic citation for failure to control, according to police. The accident occurred about 7 p.m.
