Stallholders will once again be able to take part in the celebrations to mark the Isle of Man s national day.
Charities, traders and caterers can apply for plots on the fairfield in St John s on 5 July.
President of Tynwald, Steve Rodan, said organisers were planning optimistically for a fuller programme.
The annual sitting of the Manx parliament in St John s is the feature piece of the day and includes the reading of the island s new laws, a part of the ancient ceremony known as the promulgation of the acts.
Tynwald meets to pay tribute to Prince Philip President Steve Rodan to deliver eulogy
Manx politicians will pay their respects to His Royal Highness Prince Philip the Duke of Edinburgh this morning (15 April).
A special sitting of Tynwald will be held virtually from 10am, where standing orders will be suspended to allow the president of the Court to give a tribute.
Steven Rodan will deliver his eulogy to Prince Philip, the late husband of the Lord of Mann, Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
It will be followed by a minute s silence.
Following this, the House of Keys question time will begin, with nine enquiries on subjects such as Covid vaccinations, landlord data, and changes to bank holidays.
