Charges of receiving stolen property, a fourth-degree felony, and aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, filed against Tyler J. Riggleman, 32, were bound over to the Guernsey County Common Pleas Court. Riggleman was one of four individuals whose cases were recently bound over to the higher court. He also faces three misdemeanor offenses including a charge for allegedly lying to Cambridge police about his identity.

The Daily Jeffersonian A California man who reportedly assumed his brother s identity when he was arrested by city police officers is facing a new charge filed in the Cambridge Municipal Court. Tyler J. Riggleman, 32, faces a first-degree misdemeanor charge of falsification for allegedly lying to officers and identifying himself as Dylin C. Riggleman. Riggleman was originially charged with single counts of receiving stolen property, a fourth-degree felony; aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony; possession of drugs, a second-degree misdemeanor; and criminal damaging, a second-degree misdemeanor. During a hearing this week, Riggleman plead not guilty to all charges and bond was set at $75,000 with no 10% allowed on the felony charges.
