NH Business Review Fairbank Lodge to feature condos, new ski facilities April 28, 2021 The planned Fairbank Lodge will be located in the base area of Cranmore Mountain Resort. Cranmore Mountain Resort in North Conway has unveiled plans to build a new lodge as part of its multiyear development plan. The new Fairbank Lodge, part of the Kearsarge Brook II Condominiums at Cranmore, will be located the resort’s base area. The proposed new building will feature 15 residential condominiums and new ski facilities for resort guests. Once all permits are in hand, Cranmore expects to break ground in the spring of 2022. According to The Conway Daily Sun, on April 22, the Conway Planning Board approved the developers’ request for concurrent site plan and subdivision review for the project.

Virtual singalong to raise money for Lenox restaurant servers

LENOX — Local filmmaker and producer Mark Farrell has teamed up with the Rev. Liz Goodman, pastor of Church on the Hill in Lenox, to support downtown Lenox restaurant food and beverage servers with a special Christmas Eve singalong holiday benefit. The local community, along with stars from near and far, will be featured in “Away in a Manger,” an online celebration premiering at 8 p.m. Thursday. A Vimeo link will be available at each night through Dec. 31 on eventbrite. Farrell came up with the idea to bring the community together for the event a few months ago when he became administrator for Church on the Hill.
