Killing a woman outside the marion hyvee will soon face a judge. Judge. Jury selection began today in the first degree murder trial of nicholas luerkens. Luererns. Hes accused of fatally stabbing 29yearold lynnsey donald. It happened in the crowded marion hyvee parking lot in april. Prosecutors say luerkens was stalking donald and plotting to kill her. Jessica turner, who is now 21, claims she was kept in isolation cells for 280 days in 2011 and 2012. Authorities have also shut down mass transit, but moments ago, French Police said they believe all attackers are dead and accounted for.
