The inmates described by Tyler County Sheriff’s Office are Blaze Hicks a white male 5′6 150lbs, age 27 and Christopher D. Mobley a white male 6′0 200lbs, age 36.
Tyler County Sheriff Brian Weatherford says a 51-year-old Spurger man went to jail over the weekend after deputies found him driving with a suspended driverâs license and also no liability insurance. However, Garrett Dillardâs troubles didnât end there. Weatherford said inside Dillardâs vehicle, they found marijuana.
According to Weatherford, the traffic stop occurred late Sunday morning on Highway 92 in the Fred Community.
Weatherford said Dillard was charged with both the traffic violations and also for possession of marijuana. He has since been released from the Tyler County Jail under a $750.00 bond and he also owes $440.00 in traffic fines as set by Justice of the Peace Trisher Ford.

TYLER COUNTY, Texas (KTRE) - Deputies with the Tyler County Sheriffâs Office arrested a 58-year-old man on Friday after he pulled out a pistol at a Colmesneil convenience store and threatened the clerks and other customers.
Billy Ray Digby, of Rockland, is still being held in the Tyler County Jail on three counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon charge, felon in possession of a firearm, and possession of marijuana.
