general, and as adults, are continuing to have problems with same-sex marriages and other things that we re really grappling with at the national level. we re seeing this play out very nicely within our adolescents. just because someone goes to college doesn t mean their attitudes turn into adults and so it s not a surprise to me. he s an adult, this could be looked at as a hate crime. the reality is that until we address this problem early on, we re going to continue to see these prlems, especially when you have college students who are lgbt go ahead. i just wanted to read a statement that came from tyler clement s family. it goes like this it spells out cold and calculated acts against tyler by his former roommate. if the acts are true, it s important for our criminal justice system to establish clear accountability under the law. we re earring to have the process move forward for justice in this case and to re-enforce the standards of acceptable conduct in our society, which i
