Utah will bring the COVID-19 vaccine to you
Gov. Spencer Cox announced Thursday that Utah will bring COVID-19 vaccines directly to you.
Plenty of vaccines are available, said Cox. The state has set aside approximately 25 thousand doses from next week s allocation for the effort. He urges those who wish to apply to be patient. The state will process requests as quickly as possible.
Local health department partners will continue to operate mass vaccination sites for residents who still choose to be vaccinated in those settings.
Cox touched on the reintroduction of the Johnson & Johnson across Utah after the Food and Drug Administration issued a 10 day pause due to reports of rare of blood clotting.
