Medtech Global, a practice management system provider in New Zealand, has purchased DrInfo, a population health and audit tool developer, for an undisclosed amount.

DrInfo develops Microsoft Windows population health, audit and compliance tools that support several Practice Management Systems. It provides critical analytics to GPs, primary health organisations and district health boards across New Zealand, delivering information on enrolments, capitation optimisation, missing funding, recalls, treatment harm prevention, population health targets and pathology monitoring.
Its population health tool aid in carrying out government health initiatives and programmes associated with vaccinations, smoking, diabetes, planned or scheduled treatment and patient recalls. Its audit tool checks patients due for screenings, preventative care, inoculations or ongoing monitoring.

Auckland-headquartered oral health software vendor Titanium Solutions has merged with Irish dental software firm Two-Ten Health to form what they say will be the world’s largest specialised enterprise oral health software company.
Titanium Solutions markets a range of enterprise oral health solutions for public health services, dental schools, corporate chains, and defence health services, while Two-Ten Health markets the Salud solution for dental schools, public health institutes, universities and private dental groups.
