Kentucky State Police: 2 Ohio Co. residents facing a combined 78 child porn counts December 17, 2020
Two Ohio County residents are facing a combined 78 counts related to the distribution and possession of child pornography.
On Wednesday, the Kentucky State Police Electronic Crime Branch arrested 21-year-old Tyler M. Davis, of Fordsville, and 68-year-old McClellan Baker, of Beaver Dam, on child pornography charges.
Davis was charged with 18 counts of distribution of matter portraying a minor in a sexual performance and 20 counts of possession of matter portraying a minor in a sexual performance.
Baker was charged with 20 counts of distribution of matter portraying a minor in a sexual performance and 20 counts of possession of matter portraying a minor in a sexual performance.

WHEELING –Â Two Ohio County communities are in line to receive broadband availability following an act by county commissioners Tuesday night.
Comcast has plans to extend broadband to Stone and Shannon Road an area including 110 residential homes near the Ohio County Airport, as well as to 29 additional homes in the Breezy Hill neighborhood.
The need for broadband signals in outlying areas has become even more important as COVID-19 concerns have local school students being educated through remote learning, explained Commission President Tim McCormick.
