Jason Edward Poore, 38, of Mahanoy City, Pa., passed away on Christmas Day, Dec. 25, 2020. Born August 4, 1982 in Somerville, N.J. he was the loving son of Tina Marie DeStefano of Burnham, Pa. and Edward Steven Poore of Mountain Top, Pa. Also surviving are his wife, Christine Saldukas-Poore, a beautiful daughter, Ophelia Catherine-Marie Poore, age 4, whom he loved and adored with all his heart; two sons, Jayden Gregg, 16 and Jordan Joseph, 15; A twin brother, Justin Steven Poore of Burnham, Pa; brother, Timothy Phillip McConnell of Lehigh Acres, Fla., twin brothers Vincent James DeStefano of Hampton, N.J. and Gregory DeStefano Jr. who preceded him in death on Jan. 30, 2008; grandparents Shirley Marie Earnest-McConnell of Milroy, Pa. and Timothy Phillip McConnell who also preceded him in death on Jan. 2, 2018; Grandmother Blanche Poore of Mountaintop, Pa. survives.
