Arrests Made in Theft of American Legion Grill Two Manchester residents have been arrested for the November theft of an expensive meat smoker from the Manchester American Legion. The incident was reported to Manchester Police on December 3rd. The large grill was stolen from the American Legion, on North Franklin Street in Manchester. An investigation determined the meat smoker was taken on November 30th, 4 days after Thanksgiving. The suspects then transported the unit to the Des Moines area, where they sold it.
