michigan s justin amash is party to go independent. only republican to join democrats in calling for the start of the impeachment process. amash making the announcement in a july 4th the washington post op-ed titled our politics is in a partisan death spiral that s why i m leaving the g.o.p. well as you can imagine the president had a response and did he it on twitter. here it is. great news for the republican party as one of the dumbest and most disloyal men in congress is quitting the party. no collusion, no obstruction. knew he couldn t get the nomination to run again in the great state of michigan. already being challenged for his seat. a total loser. i wish i knew how he felt.
