Thats just off of florida avenue in north tampa. 3 deputies got a call that a man was waving a gun around outside the apartments. They arrived, with a negotiator. But they say the man. Jeffrey casal. This is in the 17 hundred block of us 41. Hillsborough county fire sent us this picture from the scene. There are several businesses in this complex. Including the one you see here.
