This morning, this is suffern new york this morning. A box truck carrying mattresses jumped the Center Divider and hit a tractor of exit 15b. The two occupants of the northbound box truck are dead. The driver of the southbound tractortrailer is hospitalized. Serious but stable condition. And traffic as a result all afternoon has been really slammed on the thruway, i87, route 17, route 202, the local roads in Rockland County and its just been really a mess.
