CABO, Mexico – Junior Frederik Kjettrup finished another strong performance by shooting a final-round 67 at Twin Dolphin Club on Tuesday. The native of Denmark moved up six spots in the final round to tie for second overall at the Cabo Collegiate Invitational, finishing 5-under (72-69-67). Kjettrup recorded an eagle on the par-5, 593-yard first hole, which was also eagled by teammate Cole Anderson earlier in the tournament. He added six more birdies on Tuesday, tallying 15 birdies over his three rounds played. Kjettrup has consecutive Top-2 finishes to begin his spring season, winning the Watersound Invitational and tying for second in Cabo. The junior was honored as the ACC Golfer of the Month on Monday. Playing in one of the toughest fields in college golf, Razorback senior Mateo Fernandez de Oliveira leads the CABO Collegiate – presented by CFO4Life – after round one and Arkansas stands in seventh in the 15-team field.

Mateo Fernandez de Oliveira had his best scoring tournament – and the second-best in school history – to win the Hal Williams Collegiate by five strokes. Overall, Arkansas had three place among the top 15 – Julian Perico was T6 and Manuel Lozada was T15 – to lead the Razorbacks to a runner-up finish.
Mateo Fernandez de Oliveira was named the SEC Golfer of the Week after his dominant win at the Hal Williams Collegiate. He shared the award with Rafe Reynolds (South Carolina) and Ricky Castillo (Florida).
