TWENTYNINE PALMS — Remains found in the desert between Adobe and Mesquite Springs Road have been identified as Jacqualine Murray, a woman who was previously reported as missing.
TWENTYNINE PALMS — A Twentynine Palms woman, 44-year-old Jennifer Penaflor, was charged with kidnapping last week on allegations that she forced a 9-year-old girl away from her house.
JOSHUA TREE — A 22-year-old Twentynine Palms woman was seriously hurt when she crashed her motorcycle while fleeing from a CHP officer Thursday morning, the California Highway Patrol said.
