Senior Operations Manager
Twelve Percent Beer Project is looking for a Senior Operations Manager at its North Haven, CT Brewery. As the Senior Operations Manager, you will report to the Director of Brewery Operations, and be responsible for managing a team of associates and ensuring several vital brewery functions are handled optimally. Your core responsibilities will be:
Purchasing ingredients to make beer (e.g. hops, grains, etc.);
Purchasing packaging supplies (e.g. cans, lids, etc.);
Managing inventory levels of ingredients/ packaging materials;
Handling any regulatory approvals for packaging materials (i.e. new label approval through federal regulators);
Managing hop contracts;
Brewer hopes to inspire POC to get involved in craft beer with scholarships
