Hes saying federal departments and states have to send their information to the census which is underneath the Commerce Department. The president will be linking those records. The Commerce Department tests the possibility of lirnlging the records in the 1990, 2000 and 2010 census. Those were just tests. Now that will be put into use. Democrats say whatever happens, there will be a challenge. We are printing the forms. We fully expect the census to go forward.
