In fact, some of the women there say they feel like victims again by the people who are supposed to help. Laura anthony has more. Me and my children were being abused. We didnt have anywhere to go. Reporter chana is a single mother a survivor of Domestic Abuse who moved into the shelter in november 2013. It is run by an agency called stand for families free of violence. They received more than 5 million annually in government grants and private donations. I know that there is not good food in the Emergency Shelters.
