May 24, 2021 (Lagrange Township) - The Lorain County Sheriff s Office says a nine-year-old girl is in the hospital afte she was hit by a vehicle Saturday evening. About 7:10 p.m. Saturday, Sheriff s deputies were called out to Horseshoe Drive and Turtle Creek Drive in the Pheasant Run Village development in Lagrange Township. The nine-year-old was hit by the vehicle while she was riding a bicycle. The girl had an injury to her head, but the Sheriff s office says she is expected to recover,. The driver of the vehicle was questioned by deputies. No charges are expected to be filed, but the case is still under investigation,.

Beaumont Man Sentenced To 50 Years

Por Harold Mann Apr 15, 2021 A Beaumont man has been sentenced to 50 years in prison for an aggravated robbery. 35-year old Timothy Keith Lewis was sentenced for his role in the July 2019 attack and robbery of a man on Turtle Creek Drive in Port Arthur. Another suspect, Caleb Broussard is serving a 25 year sentence after pleading guilty. There are two other suspects in the aggravated robbery.
