Titan may very well be the toughest turtle in the sea. The loggerhead turtle suffered a gash from a boat propeller, lost part of a flipper in a shark bite, and survived an attack by a different shark.
Titan, a Loggerhead turtle, was returned to the ocean Tuesday after being rescued off the Jersey Shore and recovering at Turtle Back Zoo in South Orange.
