A woman accused of smuggling drugs into a Tennessee Department of Correction facility in February now finds herself behind bars after a fatal overdose of an inmate.
A woman who allegedly passed meth to an inmate at the Turney Center Industrial Complex prison in Tennessee was charged with second-degree murder this week.
Prison visitor Rachal Dollard has been charged with second-degree murder after, according to authorities, her kiss and the resulting oral exchange of a container of meth with a Tennessee prisoner led to his overdose death.
