These workers could attach themselves to. Theyre going to reportedly cut out a pane of dallas on the 69th floor. This is a piece of second scaffolding. This is closer to the top of that building. Some 2,000 feet up into the air. The nations tallest building that just opened about a week or two ago with the new tenants coming in. This is a new piece of scaffolding now. Were not sure whether or not this scaffolding is somehow going to try and be lowered down to the 69th floor to try to rescue these people who are currently trapped on the other piece of scaffolding that is completely askew at this time hanging on literally for dear life. Were want sure if this is a rescue effort on the top part of the scaffolding here or if thats simply just part of the window washing exercise that was going on earlier before the mishap happened down on the 69th floor.
