Tri-Cities Cancer Center Offers Zoom Cooking Classes
I have several friends on Facebook who are moms, and they are always looking for meal prep ideas for the week. Starting February 3rd from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. on Zoom, the Tri-Cities Cancer Center will be focused on meal prep classes. Learn new recopies and cooking skills from the comfort of your own home! You will also learn about the cancer fighting properties of ingredients used in some of these meals. Registration is required HERE.. You can take an individual session for $60, or the whole 4 part series for $200. With that you get the One Bite At A Time cookbook, an apron, an insulated freezer bad and the main ingredients to prepare the meals. You will learn about meal prep for roasted chicken, Turkey Patties, Lemony Chicken with Capers and Grilled Portabella. The classes will be led by chef Kyle Thornhill.
