According to our media partners at KATC, the family of an Arby's manager has filed a wrongful death lawsuit seeking damages exceeding $1 million, alleging that a known defect in the freezer led to her untimely demise.
Nguyet Le, 63, was found dead inside a walk-in freezer at an Arby's in Louisiana. Her children in Houston have filed a lawsuit, claiming her hands were bloodied from "trying to escape or get somebody's attention."
