Man prosecuted for organizing illegal stay in Vietnam Update: 19-05-2021 | 12:20:31 Security Investigation Agency of Provincial Police has issued a decision to prosecute the accused Tran Danh Tuong (24 years old, from Binh Thuan province) for the act of Organizing illegal stay in Vietnam . According to the investigation, on April 15, through acquaintances on social networks, Tuong drove a car to An Suong intersection (District 12, Ho Chi Minh City) to pick up 3 persons having Chinese nationality to his house in Quarter 4, Tuong Binh Hiep Ward, Thu Dau Mot City and stayed here. Although he knew these three people illegally entering Vietnam, Tuong arranged for them to live in his house and prepare daily meals for them.
