Two persons arrested with a carbine (9 MM), three illegal pistols, and seven live cartridges in Ballia district. Arrested persons identified as Gulshan Kumar and Tunnu Singh alias Alok Ranjan of Siwan district of Bihar. Legal action taken under Arms Act.
