the blood, how is it being stored? is it the same chain of evidence? does the defendant get the right to test it? there s just a lot of problems with it. patti ann: you know, doug, i can see the civil rights issues involved, obviously, here, but frankly, given the inaccuracy of breathalyzers and if i were confronted with this situation sober, i d be happy to take the blood test. i would trust it more. that s a very interesting counterpoint, you re right. in other words, people argue all the time in court, as they should legitimately, that the breathalyzer s inaccurate, i was not intoxicated, so the blood can do that. but i think what we re framing is an interesting distinction. legally, i m arguing and i believe there s support in the courts that you can do what they re proposing. but as kelly says, as a practical matter there certainly would be problems, you know, as far as who s going to collect the blood and the chain of evidence. at the end of the day, my view is you balance

significant and the obama administration, president obama, when he was campaigning in the midwest in 2008 said he would do something about it and he s not. one of the sorry parts of the growth we re going to have it is all being fueled by tax cuts which is based on borrowed money. where are we borrowing that money? but from china. unfortunately a lot of the additional money will be spent will go into chinese imports that shouldn t because if china revalued its currency, didn t manipulate and get involved in currency markets we would have a better shot. patti ann: moving to house prices they re still low and some say they re going to get even lower. what is your housing forecast? think house prices will continue to slip the first half of the year and level out. they will not fall so much that they will cause a great deal of new heartship but with all the foreclosures coming on the market and a lot of resets on adjustable rate mortgages yet to come there is a lot of excess supply out t
