Robbie Watson: Dairying in Peru… and Ecuador | Dairy Business News

As a part of special series of articles on international dairying, the author, President of Global Cow, introduces us to dairying around the world.  This month, we visit with native Peruvian dairy farmer Robbie Watson.  Watson has an unique perspective because he has farms in both Peru and Ecuador—which have very distinct operational styles.  Stahl Tyler first met Watson at World Dairy Expo, but as they conversed, they quickly realized that Watson had hired trainees who have come to the USA for a year to train on American dairies through Global Cow’s programs.  Watson also accepts international trainees himself through Global Cow’s programs abroad.
