Vehicle service platform Tuhu, whose backed include Chinese tech giant Tencent, has filed for a listing on the Hong Kong stock exchange, joining a slew of Chinese companies to replace its listing plan on US to Hong Kong amid escalating tension between the U.S and China.Tuhu filed its listing application on Monday to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, without revealing the timeline and size of it.Joint sponsor of the deal are Goldman Sachs, UBS, CICC, and BofA Securities, they were not immediately available for comment on Monday.Founded in 2011 in Shanghai, Tuhu offers a wide range of services online and in stores for car owners ranging from tyres, battery and chassis replacement parts to other car maintenance and repair services.As of first half of 2022, the company had 86.4 million registered users for its app, making it the largest online services platform for car owners in China.
