approve another study that district officials say that it was okay, there was no observable evidence that the class violated state law. this audit is contradictory to what you are saying. yeah. when we had that audit, in a sense it was revealing because people don t do inappropriate thing when is they are being observed. by comparing the lesson plans which were delivered with the audit results, you could see what the teachers themselves, the behaviors that were going on that were inappropriate. you were looking at it? people were not doing that when being observed. that are begs the question quickly here if you can, you have african-american studies program in the tucson school district. what does this mean for that program? well, we didn t get the same complaints for african-american
