除深灣9號外，鴨脷洲深灣軒2房亦創同區新高。香港置業助理區域經理胡志軒透露，屋苑3座中層A室，2房間隔，實用面積508方呎，約1,220萬元易手，實呎24,016元，成交價創屋苑分層2房戶新高。原業主2017年10月約800萬元購入，帳面獲利約420萬元或53%。區內對上分層2房戶成交價紀錄，約於2個月前同由深灣軒所創下，位於3座高層A室，實用面積508方呎，以1190萬元沽，現較舊紀錄高約30萬元或2.5%。
