駐日オランダ王国大使館と協働し、企画、運営を手がけるのはコミュニティー・ディベロップメント・エージェンシーであるシバウラハウス。同社は、長年に渡ってアートやデザイン、共生社会や環境問題といったさまざまな分野でオランダとの協働プロジェクトを実施してきた。このイベントは、これまでの活動総括ともいえる取り組みになる。
会期中に設置される「NL Style Market」は、オランダから直輸入したスナックや文房具、生活雑貨を販売。環境への配慮とデザイン性が両立したさまざまな商品が並ぶ。
