Limpopo police have arrested suspects linked to the killing of two South African Municipal Workers Union (SAMWU) members in Thohoyandou during January 2019.

The 50-year-old Tshimagadzo Timson Musetsho was shot while parking his motor vehicle in the garage at Makwarela location.
Almost a week later, Ronald Mani, also aged 50 at the time, was shot dead at Singo bottle store in Itsani.
Police spokesperson Motlafela Mojapelo says the suspects - aged 26 and 33 - were initially arrested by the Tzaneen Tracking Team at Rwanda village for possession of firearms and ammunition on Friday

Two Limpopo brothers’ reign of terror has finally come to an end after police arrested them in connection with murdering two members of the two South African Municipal Workers Union (SAMWU)
The South African Police Service (SAPS) in Limpopo has managed to make strides, managing to finally arrest suspects in connection to the murder of two South African Municipal Workers Union (SAMWU) members in Thohoyandou during January 2019. The suspects are expected to appear in the Thohoyandou Magistrate’s Court on Tuesday, 6 April 2021.
Tshimagadzo Timson Musetsho, a 50 year-old man, was shot while parking his car at his home in Makwarela location and later died in hospital. Six days later, Ronald Mani also aged 50 at the time, was shot dead at a bottle store.

Two brothers aged 26 and 33 will appear in the Thohoyandou magistrate’s court on Tuesday for the 2019 murders of two SA Municipal Workers Union (Samwu) members who were shot six days apart in Thohoyandou, Limpopo.
According to Limpopo police spokesperson Brig Motlafela Mojapelo, 50-year-old Tshimagadzo Timson Musetsho was shot while parking his motor vehicle in a garage at Makwarela location, Thohoyandou, in January 2019. He later succumbed to the injuries in the hospital. Six days later, Ronald Mani also aged 50, was shot dead at Singo bottle store in Itsani in the same month.
