The Delphi Community High School (DCHS) Class of 2023 will hold commencement and graduation in the High School Gymnasium this Saturday, May 28, beginning at 10 a.m. Delphi Community School Corporation Superintendent Ann- Marie Circle will act as speaker for the event.
