Authorities in Da Nang have discouraged people from going outside and limited gatherings in public places to five after the central Vietnamese city logged ten more local cases of COVID-19 on Thursday.
In order to curb infections, the municipal authorities ordered all districts to continue suspending dine-in services, which has been mandated since May 3.
People are requested to refrain from going outside unless necessary and gathering in groups of more than five in public places, except for workplaces, schools, and hospitals.

Le Thanh Tung qualified last October and multi-time SEA Games champion Dinh Phuong Thanh has been tipped to win the second spot.
In 2021, if the COVID-19 pandemic is well under control, there will be various competitions held, including the Artistic Gymnastics World Cup in Qatar in March, the Asian Championship in Japan in May and the Artistic Gymnastics World Challenge Cup in Bulgaria in May.
