welcome back, everybody. in just two days, the first of two criminal trials is scheduled to begin against president trump s former campaign manager, paul manafort. first facing a 32-count indictment in alexandria, virginia, alleging bank fraud and tax evasion. he s later scheduled to go before a district court in washington, d.c., where he s accused of money laundering, obstruction of justice and violating federal lobbying laws. charges against manafort stem from his work on behalf of pro-russian ukrainian officials. prosecutors allege that beginning in 2006, manafort hid from the u.s. government more than $30 million in overseas income. manafort has pleaded not guilty to the charges, which were brought by special counsel, bob mueller. so why no word of a plea deal for manafort? my panel is back with me. before we get to this conversation, i just need everybody to weigh in on this fantastic picture that i tweeted
