bill: in the impact segment segment tonight, the sad saga of navy seal ryan owens. the 36-year-old from peoria, illinois, he was killed after a raid on an al qaeda depot in yemen. he succumbed to his wounds on january 29th. yesterday, nbc news reported that the seal raid yielded no significant intelligence but last night, president trump contradicted that, speaking directly to the seals widow, carryn, who was in the gallery. i just spoke to our great general mattis, just now, who reconfirmed that, and i quote, ryan was a part of a highly successful raid that generated large amounts of vital intelligence that will lead too many more victories in the future against our enemies.
