This is the Ingraham Angle from washington tonight. We are hours two hours away from what we hope is President Bidens last state of the union address. Larry kudlow is in the house, Vivek Ramaswamy, and so many more. First, spinning themselves dizzy, that is the focus of tonights angle state of the union, state of the Union Speeches rarely memorable no. Real evidence that they help turn things down for flailing presidencies. Nonetheless brians advisers are doing their best to propose ideas. I think the top line should be the Inflation Reduction Act reduced inflation. Good policy makes good politics, right . And he has good policy. Jobs, wages, everything going in the right direction economically. The stock market is booming. Blockbuster job report after blockbuster job report. I dont think you guys need me. I was just listening to the commentary. [laughter] i dont think you guys need me this morning. Laura of course kjp is right. Although i might add that they do her job better than she
laura: good evening, i m laura ingraham, this is the ingraham angle from washington tonight. just 50 days until the iowa caucuses. governor ron desantis is making a stop on the angle. firsts, money for nothing is the focus of tonight s angle. unless you are the son of a president and able to charge $300,000 for art, you know the biden economy, it s in the pits. how is the economy in your estimate? horrible. the cost of everything is very expensive. i just spend more, i spend, but it probably won t buy nearly as much. laura: the facts are undeniable. even the biden-friendly media, from bloomberg, groceries up 35%, rent is only up 20%. from the atlantic houses are unaffordable. rural areas are expensive, suburbs are expensive, cities are expensive, thanks to mortgage rates. increased by 50%. wall street journal shows belief in the american dream is dying, just 36% of americans said it is still possible if you work hard, the american dream. 45% said true, but not a
laura: good evening, everyone. i hope you had a great thanksgiving weekend. i m laura ingraham. this is the ingraham angle from washington tonight. thanks for joining us. with just 50 days can you believe it until the iowa caucuses, the polls are tightening nationally. governor ron desantis is making a stop right here on the angle. but, first, money for nothing. that s the focus of tonight s angle. all right. unless you are the son of a president and are able to charge, what, $300,000 for art that looks like it should be hanging in a middle school hallway, you know the biden economy it s in the pits. how is the economy in your estimate? it s horrible. the economy is very bad right now. the cost of everything is very expensive. we don t spend the money like we used. to say i just spend more, obviously, i m spending a whole lot more. i will spend what i usually spend but it probably won t buy nearly as much. well, the facts are undeniable. even the biden frien
wrong end, could the firing of sally yates have had something to do with wanting to rid the justice department of anybody who was onto donald trump and his ties to russia? absolutely. so, you know, the obstruction of justice statute says you re guilty of a federal crime if you try to impede an official investigation. and we know that president trump has tried to protect people who are potential witnesses in this investigation. so, flynn is kind of the big kahuna and he s cooperating apparently with mueller. so, lots of information from him. but one thing that bannon has to be concerned about is that mueller knows a lot more about than he s going to reveal to bannon. so, bannon is going to be in a tough position if he even tries to shade the truth a little bit in the ways that we ve seen trump try to get his boys to do in the past. so, you know, bannon has to tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. and from all we know, that s
flake, mccain and sometimes sass like every other winter. in fact, and you have some republicans who are in this meeting last week, the immigration meeting, sort of lie about what they heard in there or deliberately misrepresent what they heard in there to give the president cover. so, we re certainly not seeing any ground swell of opposition from his own party sort of objecting to his behavior. and senator jeff flake just voted to give president trump warrantless spying powers. i mean, he had just voted to enshrine in law to give trump more power to spy on american citizens. how is that really taking a stand against the excesses of donald trump? it is important, if you want republicans to stand up to trump, not to demand that jeff flake be a different kind of republican. it is good that he is a conservative republican who votes with trump who nonetheless will say trump s behavior is disgusting. trump is stalin. take the tax cuts. we ll call it stalin. up next, john kelly went
