michael cohen. let s not forget, alisyn, that he can fill in gaps in the mueller investigation which mueller knows a lot. it may just be that he is adding information. where cohen is a real liability for trump is about the trump organization, and we already know the new york attorney general has a civil suit against the trump foundation for basically misusing its foundation status and not doing the things it s supposed to do. that could lead to a criminal investigation, and if that s outside the scope of mueller s investigation, and it either happens at the state level or the southern district of new york, then it s insulated anything trump decides to do. the state investigations can continue regardless of pardons, but if trump fires mueller this could exist outside of that.

the younger generation will have a lower standard of living than their parents. we have a climate change situation which is threatening the entire planet. you ve got three people in america who own more wealth an the bottom half and the gap between the very rich and everyone is growing. those are the issues it seems to me we should spend a lot of time talking. people who are not on television, it s all impeachment all the time. is that realistic? it s bad. i think that that is a mistake. look, i think, you know, the mueller investigation will go where it goes. and i should say that if trump fires mueller that is obstruction of justice. that is an itmpeachable offense. but i think ordinary americans are out there and working two or three jobs, kids are leaving school $40,000 in debt. people can t afford health care,
they re not entirely powerless. i think a lot of people that are pushing for the bill to protect mueller on the republican side, they re doing it to protect trump, too. if trump fires mueller, that back fires on them. remember last time he fired comey, that launched the whole investigation. clearly it is something to watch. let me switch gears and ask you about this meeting with kim jong-un between the cia director mike pompeo and kim jong-un. are we beginning to see an actual meeting likely to take place between the two leaders, between trump and kim jong-un, and if it does actually happen, what should we expect to happen coming forward? all signs are pointing towards this meeting happening. trump views himself as master negotiator, thinks he can overpower kim jong-un in
it, what s going to happen is the rule of law is going to be challenged by the executive branch. and our system depends on the separation of power. and coequal branches. and coequal branches. so it s a constitutional crisis if trump fires fires mueller. that would be a direct attack on the rule of the law. the only proper place for the only patriot who cares about democracy what are you proposing here? there are a number who have planned marches including moveon.org, and there s going to bea very rapid response. if it happens, i would absolutely be out there, and i would encourage every other citizen who cares about america and the rule of law to get themselves out there within minutes if they can of rosenstein or mueller being fired.
